Contact your insurance company and nominate your preferred repairer so claim details can be sent directly to the office.

Once claim information is received, you will be contacted to arrange a suitable assessment time.

Vehicle assessment

The assessment takes around 10 to 15 minutes. During this visit the vehicle is visually inspected, an estimated repair timeframe is provided, your repair booking is scheduled, any excess payable is confirmed, and questions can be discussed.

Repair approval

If required, estimates and photos are submitted to your insurer for repair authority.

Repairs commence

On your scheduled repair date, simply drop your vehicle off between 8am and 9am.

You will be contacted once repairs are complete. Delays can occasionally occur due to hidden damage, parts availability, or other factors. If this happens, you will be notified as soon as possible.

The excess is collected on behalf of your insurance company.
